Key Responsibilities
• Spearhead business development by acquiring new corporate clients through strategic outreach, networking, and sales initiatives
• Foster and nurture strong, long-term relationships with existing corporate customers to drive loyalty and retention
• Architect and promote tailored after-sales service solutions to meet the unique needs of corporate clients
• Develop and deliver compelling sales proposals, quotations, and agreements that drive revenue growth
• Lead high-impact meetings, presentations, and negotiations to close deals and expand business partnerships
• Drive sales performance by consistently meeting or exceeding monthly, quarterly, and yearly targets
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and exceptional customer experiences
• Pursue and convert leads, inquiries, and ongoing projects to maximize sales opportunities
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records, ensuring data-driven insights and informed sales strategies
• Conduct market research and analysis to uncover new business opportunities, identify trends, and stay ahead of the competition
• Provide actionable market feedback and competitor insights to inform management decisions and optimize sales approaches
• Prepare and deliver data-driven sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates to stakeholders
• Ensure timely and efficient payment collection from corporate clients, minimizing revenue risk and optimizing cash flow
• Build and maintain professional relationships with key decision-makers to secure long-term client loyalty and advocacy
