Key Responsibilities

* Drive the daily operations of the hospital canteen and patient meal services, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality output. * Architect and coordinate meal preparation and distribution, guaranteeing timely delivery to patients, staff, and visitors. * Oversee food service quality, portion control, and presentation, maintaining exceptional standards. * Manage meal delivery schedules, ensuring compliance with patient requirements and medical directives. * Collaborate with medical professionals to develop and implement personalized diet plans, ensuring patient needs are met. * Maintain accurate records of special dietary requirements, including diabetic, low-salt, and liquid diets. * Implement and enforce strict hygiene and food safety protocols, adhering to hospital standards. * Supervise and train kitchen staff, including cooks, kitchen helpers, waiters, and cleaners, on hygiene, service standards, and hospital SOPs. * Develop and manage duty rosters, ensuring adequate manpower coverage and minimizing gaps in service. * Monitor and control inventory levels, implementing the FIFO method to minimize waste and optimize resource utilization. * Lead cost management efforts, assisting in budget control and maintaining daily consumption and expense reports. * Foster strong relationships with hospital departments, including nursing, administration, and housekeeping, to ensure seamless communication and coordination. * Provide exceptional support for hospital events, meetings, and special catering services, ensuring high-quality food and service. * Develop and implement contingency plans, ensuring uninterrupted food service during emergencies and night shifts. * Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability, working rotational duties, including weekends and holidays, as required. * Drive continuous improvement, identifying areas for growth and implementing process enhancements to optimize food services.

Requirements

Experience

At least 5 years

Education

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
  • Master of Business Administration (MBA)
  • Master's/Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or others relevant field.

Additional Requirements

  • Ambitious, Dedicated, Hard Working
  • Must have job related educational background.
  • Preferred: Experience in hospitals.
  • Willing to take challenges of work pressure & development deadline.
  • To perform additional duties to meet with the Company`s needs as required and assigned by management.
