Key Responsibilities

* Spearhead the development and execution of comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive organic growth and enhance search visibility. * Architect and deploy multi-channel digital campaigns across Facebook, YouTube, Google Ads, Display, UAC, LinkedIn, TikTok, and programmatic platforms to maximize ROI. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative agencies, graphic designers, video editors, copywriters, and web developers to ensure seamless campaign execution. * Drive day-to-day content posting on social media handles, ensuring timely and targeted audience engagement. * Analyze industry trends and create engaging content ideas that align with brand guidelines, fostering a strong online presence. * Monitor campaign performance using analytics dashboards, optimizing budgets, audiences, and creatives to achieve optimal results. * Design and execute A/B tests for creatives, ad formats, audiences, and landing pages to inform data-driven decisions. * Foster strategic partnerships with digital media buying agencies to ensure ROI-driven campaign execution. * Leverage data from Google Analytics, Meta Suite, YouTube Studio, Search Console, and CRM tools to inform marketing strategies and optimize performance. * Develop innovative ideas for digital content, including reels, short videos, static content, and interactive materials that captivate target audiences. * Optimize website content, SEO, keyword research, and landing page improvements to enhance online visibility and drive conversions. * Track and analyze SEO performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing data-driven solutions to boost organic traffic and ranking. * Generate high-quality B2B leads for security service businesses, driving revenue growth and customer acquisition. * Lead and supervise the Digital Marketing Team, providing guidance and expertise to ensure exceptional campaign execution and results. * Monitor and analyze marketing KPIs, analytics, and campaign performance, optimizing marketing ROI and customer acquisition cost. * Collaborate with Sales and Business Development Teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives, driving growth and revenue expansion. * Prepare comprehensive monthly marketing reports for Management, providing actionable insights and recommendations for future marketing initiatives. * Implement and optimize on-page SEO elements, including meta titles, descriptions, headings, and internal linking structures to enhance search engine ranking and visibility. * Conduct thorough keyword research, mapping search intent to support content creation and ranking strategies that drive business results.

Education

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or relevant discipline
  • Professional Digital Marketing Certification

Additional Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in digital marketing
  • Advanced & Strong knowledge of SEO, Meta Adds, Google Ads, Analytical Tools, Google Tag Manager and GA4
  • Strong data visualization skills using Tableau and other tools such as Power BI and Looker Studio
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of digital marketing best practices
  • Solid understanding of digital media planning and buying, social media platforms, digital analytics, customer segmentation, and MarTech
  • Experience in content marketing across various social platforms
  • Strong knowledge of digital audience management, including identifying target audiences and remarketing strategies
  • Excellent communication and project/campaign management skills
  • Campaign optimization, performance tracking, and ROI analysis capacity
