* Spearhead end-to-end supply chain operations for laboratory reagents and consumables, ensuring seamless procurement, storage, and distribution. * Architect strategic sourcing initiatives to identify and partner with reliable local and international suppliers. * Drive inventory management, monitoring stock levels and implementing timely replenishment strategies to prevent shortages. * Oversee storage conditions, adhering to reagent specifications and maintaining optimal temperature and shelf-life controls. * Foster cross-functional collaboration with laboratory, finance, and vendor teams to ensure streamlined operations. * Implement robust stock rotation practices, tracking expiry dates and enforcing FIFO/FEFO protocols. * Develop and analyze purchase plans, reports, and cost models to optimize supply chain efficiency. * Ensure regulatory and quality compliance, maintaining rigorous standards and adherence to audit requirements. * Negotiate with vendors, cultivating strong relationships and driving cost-effective agreements. * Manage procurement and inventory documentation, supporting accounts audits and maintaining meticulous records. * Provide expert support during laboratory audits, ensuring supply chain compliance and addressing audit findings. * Analyze reagent consumption patterns, identifying opportunities to minimize waste and optimize usage. * Stay up-to-date on laboratory reagents and related products, offering expert guidance on product selection, usage, and technical coordination with lab teams.
