Key Responsibilities

* Spearhead the development and execution of multi-channel digital marketing strategies, driving growth across SEO, social media, and paid advertising platforms. * Architect and optimize campaigns on Facebook Ads and Google Ads, ensuring maximum ROI and campaign effectiveness. * Drive lead generation initiatives, leveraging data-driven insights to inform strategy and maximize conversions. * Analyze campaign performance using advanced analytics tools, providing actionable recommendations and data-driven reports to stakeholders. * Lead social media content planning and audience growth efforts, fostering engagement and community building across key platforms. * Conduct thorough keyword research and implement on-page and off-page SEO optimization techniques to enhance search engine rankings. * Inform marketing strategies through competitor analysis and market research, identifying trends and opportunities to stay ahead of the competition. * Manage and allocate ad budgets to maximize ROI, ensuring efficient use of resources and optimal campaign performance. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design and content, to ensure brand consistency and cohesive messaging across all digital channels. * Stay at the forefront of the latest digital marketing trends, emerging technologies, and best practices, applying this knowledge to continuously evolve and improve marketing strategies.

  • Strong knowledge of Digital Marketing, SEO, Social Media Marketing, and Paid Ads
  • Experience running Facebook Ads and Google Ads campaigns
  • Familiarity with analytics tools and reporting
  • Basic knowledge of graphic tools (Canva or similar)
  • Experience with email marketing tools (Mailchimp / HubSpot is a plus)
  • Strong communication and team management skills (for Manager role)
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
