Key Responsibilities
* Lead the development of comprehensive training modules, manuals, and tools on climate-resilient agriculture, nutrition-sensitive agriculture, and inclusive food systems, tailored to local contexts and literacy levels.
* Architect curriculum and training content that addresses the needs of diverse stakeholders, including project staff, government officials, community leaders, and local facilitators.
* Drive capacity-building initiatives through Training of Trainers (ToT) programs, hands-on training sessions, and technical assistance to enhance the skills of local stakeholders.
* Manage the design and delivery of training programs on organizational governance, market linkage, and nutrition-sensitive micro planning (NSMP) for community-based organizations, farmer groups, and local associations.
* Foster strategic partnerships with local government, community groups, and stakeholders to ensure the sustainability and effectiveness of Learning Hubs as knowledge exchange and peer-to-peer learning platforms.
* Provide technical expertise and guidance on NSMP development and implementation at community and cluster levels, integrating nutrition, agriculture, and climate resilience.
* Facilitate participatory planning processes and support the alignment of NSMP with local government planning systems to ensure cohesive and effective implementation.
* Develop and implement strategies to build the technical capacity of local stakeholders, enabling them to sustain Learning Hub activities and drive project impact.
* Deliver high-level training and technical assistance to project staff, government officials, and local leaders, ensuring that complex project concepts are translated into accessible and actionable knowledge.
* Ensure that training content and materials are adapted to local cultural practices, literacy levels, and contexts, promoting inclusivity and accessibility for all stakeholders.

Participatory training methodologiesTechnical expertise in climate-resilient and nutrition-sensitive food systemsStrong facilitation and mentoring skillsStrategic thinking and problem-solvingCommitment to gender equality and social inclusion (GESI)Experience with Learning Hub established modelsKnowledge of market systems development and value chainsFamiliarity with digital learning tools and e-extension servicesExperience working with donor-funded development projects
Education
- Masters
- Agriculture/Nutrition/Social Science/Development Studies
Additional Requirements
- Proven experience working with CBOs, FPOs, and community institutions
- Strong knowledge of nutrition-sensitive agriculture and climate-resilient practices
- Demonstrated experience in developing and facilitating training programs and ToTs
- Familiarity with participatory planning approaches such as NSMP
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and report writing skills in Bangla and English
- Willingness to travel extensively to field locations
