Key Responsibilities
* Drive the design and implementation of a comprehensive MEAL framework, incorporating key indicators, tools, and data collection methodologies to ensure seamless project monitoring and evaluation.
* Architect a robust MEAL system that aligns with donor requirements and the project's logical framework, integrating nutrition, climate resilience, and inclusion indicators to foster a holistic approach.
* Develop and deploy innovative data collection tools, including quantitative and qualitative methods, to track outputs, outcomes, and impact, ensuring data-driven decision-making.
* Lead regular field monitoring visits to clusters, CBOs, FPOs, and Learning Hubs, overseeing data collection and ensuring high-quality, real-time reporting.
* Manage and maintain project databases and dashboards, conducting routine data quality assessments to guarantee accuracy and reliability.
* Spearhead baseline, midline, and endline assessments, as well as thematic studies, outcome harvesting, and impact evaluations, to assess project progress and inform strategic decisions.
* Analyze complex data sets to evaluate progress on adaptive food systems, nutrition outcomes, and climate resilience, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
* Establish and manage effective Feedback and Complaint Response Mechanisms (FCRM) for beneficiaries, ensuring community voices are heard and addressed, and promoting transparency and accountability in project implementation.
* Foster a culture of learning and adaptive management across the project, promoting collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement to drive project success.
* Develop and implement a knowledge management strategy, capturing and disseminating best practices, lessons learned, and research findings to enhance project impact and contribute to the broader development community.
Requirements
Experience
At least 3 years
Skills
Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills in Bangla and EnglishParticipatory M&E approachesNutrition-sensitive programming and climate resilience indicatorsGIS or spatial data toolsDigital data collection platforms
Education
- Master's degree in Statistics, Development Studies, Economics, Social Sciences or related field
Additional Requirements
- Strong experience in quantitative and qualitative data collection and analysis
- Proficiency in data management tools
- Familiarity with logframes, indicator tracking, and donor reporting systems
- Experience working with community-level institutions
