Key Responsibilities

* Drive business growth and brand excellence by architecting comprehensive marketing strategies that boost patient acquisition and brand awareness. * Champion a strong corporate brand identity that aligns with hospital values, overseeing brand positioning, messaging, and reputation across all channels. * Spearhead above-the-line and below-the-line marketing campaigns, leveraging TV, radio, print, billboards, flyers, and events to maximize reach and impact. * Lead digital marketing initiatives, including website management, SEO, social media marketing, and email newsletters, to elevate online presence and engagement. * Curate compelling healthcare content, including blogs, patient testimonials, and health tips, to captivate audiences and drive conversions. * Foster strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, such as corporate clients, insurance companies, and NGOs, to expand hospital services and revenue streams. * Develop and execute patient engagement strategies that enhance loyalty, retention, and word-of-mouth referrals, ensuring exceptional patient experiences from inquiry to post-discharge follow-up. * Design and manage patient feedback systems, leveraging insights to inform service improvements and optimize patient satisfaction. * Manage high-profile patient relations, resolving complex complaints and escalations with diplomacy and tact. * Organize and execute health camps, awareness seminars, and community outreach programs, promoting hospital services and fostering strong community ties. * Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, preparing press releases, handling inquiries, and managing crisis communications with poise and professionalism. * Represent the hospital at industry events, healthcare summits, and trade fairs, showcasing expertise and thought leadership in the healthcare sector.
