Key Responsibilities

* Drive the development of high-quality reporting and documentation to capture learning, challenges, and impact of projects under the Child Protection and Child Rights Governance sector. * Manage and disseminate knowledge products, ensuring compliance with Save the Children International standards and procedures. * Architect a case management database, streamlining data collection and documentation to inform data-driven decisions that prioritize the best interests of children. * Lead the implementation of effective documentation systems, maintaining seamless coordination and data integrity to support strategic decision-making. * Foster a culture of knowledge sharing and collaboration, ensuring that documentation and reporting processes are aligned with organizational goals and objectives. * Champion the development of innovative documentation solutions, leveraging technology and best practices to enhance the quality and accessibility of project data and insights.

Education

  • Bachelor of Social Science (BSS) in Social Science, Development Studies
  • Bachelor-Degree in Social Sciences, Development Studies, Statistics Information Management or a related field

Additional Requirements

  • Knowledge in Documentation, reporting, data collection and management, and information systems
  • Hands-on experience with mobile data collection
  • Data visualization
  • Database/spreadsheet management
  • Proven working experience in child protection, child labour or case management project
  • Experience in preparing donor report and communication materials
  • Basic knowledge and experience in child rights and Child Protection programming
  • Familiarity with data quality assurance, safeguarding and ethical documentation practices
  • Familiarity with log frames, indicators, FRM, program management cycle
