Key Responsibilities
* Spearhead IT operations, driving network, server, and system administration excellence with a focus on security, scalability, and reliability.
* Architect and oversee the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software across the organization, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
* Drive cost-effective procurement of IT equipment and manage vendor relationships to maximize value and minimize costs.
* Champion website and application development, integrating innovative features that enhance property listings, customer portals, and CRM systems.
* Ensure the effective management of ERP systems, including configuration, user support, troubleshooting, and vendor coordination for customization and upgrades.
* Oversee the operation, monitoring, and maintenance of CCTV surveillance systems, guaranteeing security across all offices and project sites.
* Empower Sales & Marketing teams with cutting-edge IT solutions, including digital campaigns, lead management, and AI-powered customer insights.
* Develop and implement robust backup and disaster recovery plans for project databases, sales data, and land-related documentation, ensuring business continuity.
* Design and implement IT solutions for project tracking, land records management, and document digitization, aligning with real estate operations and driving efficiency.
* Introduce AI and automation tools to enhance reporting, forecasting, and workflow optimization across departments, driving business growth and innovation.
* Manage IT budgets, ensuring compliance with company policies and overseeing bill processing, requisitions, and vendor payments.
* Create informative IT-related reports, dashboards, presentations, and documentation to inform management decisions.
* Mentor and guide junior IT staff, fostering a skilled and service-oriented team that drives IT excellence.
* Collaborate with business leaders to align IT strategy with the company's real estate and land development objectives, driving strategic growth and innovation.

- Strong expertise in ERP system management
- Hands-on experience with CCTV operations
- Knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, cybersecurity and system administration
- Experience in CRM systems, digital marketing platforms and property/land management applications
- Familiarity with AI/automation tools for business reporting and operational efficiency
- Strong leadership, vendor management and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
