Key Responsibilities
* Drive student success by designing and delivering captivating Mathematics lessons across Cambridge IGCSE, AS/A Level, and IB DP curricula
* Architect comprehensive learning experiences that seamlessly integrate pure and applied mathematics concepts
* Cultivate critical thinking, problem-solving, and inquiry-based learning skills to empower students as independent thinkers
* Prepare students for Cambridge and IB assessments, leveraging expertise to ensure they excel in written and internal/external exams
* Deliver personalized academic support, recognizing and addressing the diverse needs of each learner
* Assess, evaluate, and report student progress, ensuring alignment with curriculum standards and informing data-driven instruction
* Bridge theoretical concepts with real-world applications, fostering a deeper understanding of mathematical principles
* Collaborate with stakeholders, including colleagues, parents, and school leadership, to drive student outcomes and advance the mathematics program
* Pursue continuous professional development, staying abreast of best practices and contributing to curriculum enrichment initiatives
* Spearhead mathematics clubs, competitions, and extracurricular activities, inspiring students to explore and celebrate the subject beyond the classroom

- Master of Science (MSc) in Mathematics
Additional Requirements
- Strong understanding of Cambridge IGCSE Mathematics
- Strong understanding of Cambridge International AS & A Level Mathematics
- Strong understanding of IB Diploma Programme (DP) Mathematics
- Strong command of mathematical concepts, reasoning, and problem-solving techniques
- Ability to deliver inquiry-based and concept-driven mathematics teaching
- Capability to develop students’ analytical thinking and logical reasoning skills
- Excellent classroom management and student engagement skills
- Commitment to relocate to Narsingdi and serve at least two years
- Experience preparing students for Cambridge & IB external examinations
- Strong background in differentiated instruction and advanced assessment techniques
- Proficiency in digital learning tools
- Experience in promoting math clubs, competitions, or enrichment programs
- Collaborative mindset and willingness to contribute to school-wide academic development
