Key Responsibilities

* Spearhead the development and execution of innovative social media marketing strategies to drive brand growth and engagement. * Architect and manage a robust online presence across multiple social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. * Craft and curate compelling content that resonates with diverse audiences, including posts, captions, reels, and other engaging formats. * Drive content planning and organization through the creation of monthly content calendars that align with business objectives. * Boost social media metrics, including engagement, reach, and followers, through data-driven decision making and strategic campaign optimization. * Design, launch, and manage paid social media campaigns, leveraging platforms like Facebook Ads to maximize ROI and brand visibility. * Analyze performance metrics and develop insightful reports to inform future social media marketing strategies and optimize campaign effectiveness. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including SEO and Content, to ensure seamless campaign integration and alignment. * Foster a strong online community by responding to audience queries, comments, and messages in a timely and personalized manner. * Stay ahead of the curve by researching industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging social media platforms to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.

  • Hands-on experience with Social Media Ads Manager (Facebook/Instagram Ads)
  • Good understanding of buyer persona and industry-specific services
  • Ability to plan and execute social media content strategy
  • Content planning & creative thinking skills
  • Basic graphic design skills (Canva / Photoshop or similar tools)
  • Strong copywriting & caption writing ability
  • Data analysis and performance reporting skills
  • Good English communication (reading, writing & understanding)
  • Strong time management and consistency
  • Ability to analyze campaign performance and optimize for better ROI
  • Knowledge of trending content formats (Reels, Shorts, etc.)
