Key Responsibilities

* Spearhead communication with international buyers, particularly USA-based clients, to drive seamless collaboration and timely execution of requirements. * Architect and manage the entire merchandising process, from order placement to shipment, ensuring precision and efficiency. * Drive product excellence by ensuring quality, pricing, and delivery meet buyer expectations and global standards, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. * Foster strategic partnerships with vendors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to optimize supply chain operations and enhance business performance. * Stay ahead of the curve by analyzing market trends, fashion directions, and competitor activity to inform product development that meets buyer demand and stays competitive. * Lead costing and price negotiations, balancing profitability and competitiveness to achieve business objectives. * Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including design and production, to ensure accurate execution of buyer requirements and specifications. * Develop and present insightful reports, analyses, and presentations to internal management and buyers, providing data-driven recommendations for growth and improvement. * Proactively identify and resolve issues that may impact development, production, or shipment, ensuring prompt and effective solutions that minimize risk and maximize results.

  • Ability to work independently
