Key Responsibilities
• Collect product orders from retail shops and ensure delivery on time through DB.• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.• Identify and open new outlets to expand Brand distribution reach.• Maintain strong professional relationships with distributors and retailers.• Implement company promotional schemes effectively.• Gather market intelligence and competitor information.• Solve market related issues efficiently.
Requirements
Experience
• At least 2 years • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Cosmetics/Toiletries/Personal Care, Beauty Parlor/Saloon/Spa
Education
- • Higher Secondary
Additional Requirements
- • Age 22 to 35 years • Age: Maximum 35 years (flexible for highly qualified candidates).• Preferred: Candidates with experience in Retail Channels or Modern Trade within the cosmetics industry.• Mindset: Goal-oriented with a strong "can-do" attitude.• Work Ethic: Hardworking and capable of performing under pressure.• Skills: Excellent communication and proficiency in WhatsApp for professional reporting.
