Key Responsibilities

* Spearhead multi-channel customer engagement through inbound and outbound calls, as well as social media platforms, to deliver personalized support and drive business growth. * Drive conversion of leads into appointments by conducting proactive follow-up calls and providing tailored solutions to customer inquiries. * Architect exceptional customer experiences by providing timely and accurate information on services, packages, and promotions, ensuring seamless brand representation. * Manage and maintain precise customer records, service histories, and appointment schedules within the CRM system to inform data-driven decisions. * Foster collaborative relationships with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Doctors, and Front Desk, to ensure unified service delivery and maximize customer satisfaction. * Champion customer-centric communication protocols, escalating issues promptly to mitigate risks and ensure prompt resolution. * Cultivate a positive brand image by consistently delivering high-quality support, resolving customer concerns, and promoting a culture of excellence.

  • HSC or any equivalent diploma

Additional Requirements

  • Only Female
  • 1–2 years of customer service or call center experience
  • Strong communication skills in Bangla and English
  • Proficient in digital platforms and CRM tools
  • Empathetic, organized, and solution-oriented
  • Able to multitask in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Eagerness to learn about new treatments and services
  • Basic knowledge of cosmetics, skincare products, and aesthetic procedures is preferred
  • Strong familiarity with social media management
