Sr. Manager/ AGM (Industrial Engineering)

* Spearhead the Industrial Engineering department to drive production efficiency and achieve world-class standards, overseeing the entire operation to maximize output and minimize costs. * Architect and implement process improvements, analyzing production sections and departments to identify areas for optimization and cost reduction. * Drive the development of operational bulletins and line layouts for new styles, ensuring seamless production and minimizing waste. * Continuously scout for opportunities to introduce work aids, streamline processes, and eliminate unnecessary steps, reducing time and costs. * Lead cross-functional training initiatives for Industrial Engineering, Production, Quality, and Support departments to elevate production efficiency and achieve optimal levels. * Oversee manpower utilization, line balancing, and method study activities across knitting, dyeing, printing, cutting, sewing, and finishing operations. * Establish Standard Minute Values for new operations, confirm line targets, and pre-plan resource requirements to ensure efficient production. * Foster a culture of continuous improvement, analyzing reports, identifying areas for enhancement, and developing plans to address production process gaps. * Mentor operators on specific operations, ensuring they have the necessary skills to excel in their roles. * Manage the preparation and submission of regular reports to management, providing actionable insights to inform production decisions. * Conduct regular site visits to production areas, identifying opportunities to reduce costs and implementing plans to drive efficiency. * Ensure Work Study Officers conduct capacity studies and production studies to optimize production lines and operator performance. * Monitor the performance of Industrial Engineering department officials, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet scheduled targets and deliver results.
