Key Responsibilities
* Spearhead inventory management, ensuring accuracy, and reconciliation across all types of inventory, including raw materials, work-in-progress, finished goods, and by-products.
* Drive warehouse operations, optimizing stock levels, minimizing wastage, and ensuring compliance with operational, financial, and regulatory requirements, including bonded warehouse regulations.
* Analyze and interpret data to inform inventory decisions, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions to minimize shortages and excess stock.
* Develop and deliver regular reports on inventory, consumption, and wastage, providing insights to inform demand forecasts, production needs, and business decisions.
* Architect and manage material movement, ensuring seamless coordination, proper documentation, and identification of process inefficiencies to drive continuous improvement.
* Lead wastage control initiatives, measuring and tracking wastage at all production stages, identifying root causes, and implementing corrective actions to optimize material consumption.
* Drive demand planning and budgeting, developing quarterly to yearly demand projections, inventory budgets, and procurement plans aligned with business goals and sales forecasts.
* Manage and optimize warehouse operations, including bonded and non-bonded warehouses, ensuring proper storage, handling, and preservation of materials, and maintaining 6S standards.
* Optimize stock turnover and warehouse space, preparing material aging reports, and developing strategies to manage slow-moving and dead stock effectively.
* Oversee chemical inventory management, maintaining accurate records, ensuring safe and compliant storage and handling, and supervising chemical warehouses and sub-stores.
* Ensure a safe and compliant working environment, maintaining cleanliness, implementing 6S practices, and adhering to housekeeping and safety standards across all stores and warehouses.

Education
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Supply Chain Management

- Excellent coordination and communication skills
- Problem-solving and decision-making ability
- Knowledge of 6S / Lean practices
