Key Responsibilities

* Spearhead sales growth by engaging with potential clients, showcasing products, and driving conversions to meet ambitious targets. * Conduct market research to optimize pricing strategies, ensuring JTCL's properties remain competitive in the market. * Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, delivering exceptional customer experiences that exceed expectations and align with the company's service standards. * Drive business expansion by identifying new sales opportunities, nurturing existing client relationships, and consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute marketing campaigns, sales fairs, and other promotional activities that showcase JTCL's innovative approach to real estate development. * Manage time and data effectively, ensuring seamless execution of sales activities, accurate record-keeping, and timely reporting. * Foster a culture of excellence within the sales team, embodying JTCL's corporate values and promoting a customer-centric approach to sales and marketing. * Leverage outdoor visits and client interactions to gather market insights, build trust, and tailor sales strategies to meet the evolving needs of clients. * Work autonomously and as part of a high-performing team to achieve sales objectives, navigate complex situations, and contribute to JTCL's continued growth and success.
