Security In charge

M/S Raju Auto Rice Mill is a sister concern of Erfan Group which is renowned Group of Company in Bangladesh. We are seeking a vigilant and experienced Security In-Charge to join our Factories Security team. The Security In-Charge will play a pivotal role in safeguarding the facility, personnel, and assets of the factory. This role involves monitoring security personnel, implementing security protocols, and ensuring a safe and secure environment for all employees and visitors.• Good commanding and control capability over the security department. • Oversee and Management of all Security guards of the Company. • Ensure the Security Personnel are performing duties sincerely, smartly, and delicately. • Manage protection of Entire Factory Premise against unauthorized and illegal intrusion and safeguard the properties and assets contained therein. • Identify pilferage, security lapses, administrative issues, and any other irregularities in the premises and report and coordinate actions. • Conduct regular patrol of interior and exterior of the building and properties and assets of the companies to establish and maintain full security control. • Maintain good relations with local law enforcement agencies. • Ensure records of entry and exit of visitors, materials, vehicles and other records as per the requirement of the company. • Accurately updating administrative records and sheets. • Accurately reporting all incidents to the Management. • To enhance the morale of the Security Personnel. • Perform other related duties and tasks to be assigned by the company.
