Sr. Executive (Estate & Legal Affair`s)

M/S Raju Auto Rice Mill is a sister concern of Erfan Group which is renowned Group of Company in Bangladesh. We are looking for a dynamic, diligent, honest person with proven leadership history & sound understanding or sound knowledge on Sr. Executive(Legal).• To carry out all land related tasks and preserve all deeds and revenue documents. • Handling external affairs with regulatory authorities (Labor Court, Civil Court, AC Land Office, DC Office, Land Registration Office etc.) • Managing company land and assets, maintaining and updating proper documentations and handling corresponding legal issues with the help of surveyors and lawyers. • To review verify and maintain the documents of the company’s bank loans. • To prepare company’s income tax related documents and submit to the tax advisor. • Monitor and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations • Collaborate with other departments to address legal issues and provide guidance on legal matters. • Perform any additional tasks assigned by management.
