Key Responsibilities

1.1. Ensure Job Description: 1.1.1. Select the area of job (what, where, when, how, who) 1.1.2. Communicate with department/section head & gathering information about the job and special requirements for the job. 1.1.3. Make synchronize of the working steps and relate them to the situation. 1.1.4. Set the SMART KPI for the job. 1.1.5. Get Approval from Section, Department & HR. 1.1.6. Distribute all the copy to the concern person. 1.1.7. Store Main copy for further use. 1.2. Manage, influence and motivate employees associated with performance issues: 1.2.1. Define KRAs and competencies are from job description. 1.2.2. Distribute the form to superior with timeline. 1.2.3. Review the assessment. 1.2.4. Review the result with superior and make the decision. 1.3. Issuing management level employees increment letter, transfer letter, promotion letter, resign acceptation letter, & experience letter: 1.3.1. Take approval for any kind of proposal from the top management. 1.3.2. Prepare letter as per the requirements. 1.3.3. Get HR head’s approval on the letter. 1.3.4. Issue the letter to the concern person. 1.3.5. Store one copy to the employee personal file. 1.4. Maintaining management level employees personal file & update it continuous basis: 1.4.1. Ensure all required documents in the personal file. 1.4.2. Recognized all personal file through employees ID. 1.4.3. Arrange all files by maintaining 5S and store in a locked shelf. 1.5. Conducts management level employee separation formalities & ensure necessary departmental clearance and issuing no objection letter for ensuring payment. 1.5.1. Receiving resignation letter with the authorization of section & department head from employees. 1.5.2. Check with the appointment contract as per company & labor law rules and get approval from HR Head. 1.5.3. Collect employee clearance from the resigned employees with the proper signing and comments from the mentioned department in the clearance form and take the final sign from the HR Head. 1.5.4. Issue resigns acceptance letter & experience certificate to the resigned employees and calculate earn leave for resigned employees and submit all the files to the payroll to prepare resign salary. 1.5.5. Communicate with accounts department for disbursement of resign salary and take sign of the resign employee on the No Claim Form. 1.6. Ensure management level employees update database management system in the payroll software. 1.6.1. Collect accurate data from the concern employee with proper documentation. 1.6.2. Get filled up employee’s personal information form. 1.6.3. Update the database. 1.7. Organization Chart: 1.7.1. Collect the existing manpower list from the database, transfer, promotion, resign &out list. 1.7.2. Checking existing manpower with the previous organogram. 1.7.3. Update any vacancy, promotion transfer or new addition with the proper approval from the authority.1.8. Job Analysis 1.8.1 Conduct thorough job analysis to identify duties, responsibilities, required qualifications, and working conditions for each role, ensuring alignment with organizational structure and recruitment needs.

Requirements

Experience

• 2 to 4 years • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

Education

  • • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management • PGD - HRM will get preference.

Additional Requirements

  • • Age 25 to 30 years • Training & Development: Proven experience in conducting training needs analysis, developing training materials, and facilitating orientation or skill-development sessions for management-level staff. • English Proficiency: Excellent command of English (both written and verbal) to effectively draft official letters (increment, promotion, separation), communicate with top management, and maintain professional documentation. • MS Office Expertise: Advanced proficiency in MS Word (for drafting letters, reports, and policy documents), MS PowerPoint (for preparing presentations and training materials), and MS Excel (for maintaining databases, manpower tracking, and payroll coordination). • Negotiation: Strong negotiation skills to effectively manage employee performance issues, separation formalities, and coordinate with department heads, HR, and accounts for smooth resolution of employee matters.
