• Meeting potential customers interested in buying flats and providing property consultations• Making appointments and showing buyers around various properties• Supporting the sales process through follow-up phone calls and client engagement• Screening buyers and evaluating their purchasing ability• Identifying client needs and financial capacity to offer the most suitable solutions• Taking on sales challenges to meet or exceed monthly targets• Collaborating with the marketing team to align lead generation efforts• Preparing and submitting weekly/monthly sales reports to management• Mentoring junior sales team members when needed• Staying updated with market trends and in-depth knowledge of the real estate industry• Remaining self-motivated and performing under pressure in a fast-paced environment
