Key Responsibilities

Job Description: As a Customer Support Representative at PalmPay Limited, you will work closely with the sales managers to drive our sales efforts and ensure operational efficiency. Your role will involve a blend of sales and operational responsibilities to support our growth objectives.Key Responsibilities:• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.• Provide accurate product/service information and resolve customer issues efficiently.• Assist the Business Development team in client onboarding, documentation, and follow-ups.• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions using CRM tools.• Coordinate with internal departments (sales, tech, operations) to resolve client queries.• Support sales campaigns by preparing proposals, quotations, and presentations when needed.• Track and report client feedback, pain points, and areas for improvement.• Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and contribute to long-term relationship building.

Requirements

Experience

• At most 3 years • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Consulting Firms, Call Center, Cellular Phone Operator, Financial Technology (Fintech) Startup • Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Education

  • • Bachelor/Honors
