Key Responsibilities
• Handle inbound & outbound calls, Facebook/WhatsApp inquiries professionally.
• Must be familiar with CRM software like Hubspot.
• Explain stroke rehabilitation services to patients & caregivers.
• Convert leads into confirmed appointments.
• Maintain patient database and follow-up regularly.
• Coordinate with physiotherapists and marketing team.
• Achieve monthly sales/appointment targets.
• Build strong relationships with patients and attendants.
Requirements
Experience
• 1 to 3 years • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Physiotherapy center • Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Education
- • Bachelor/Honors
Additional Requirements
- • Age 22 to 40 years • Candidates with work experience in a call center will be given priority. • Strong communication skills (Bangla + basic English) • Good understanding of patient handling and empathy. • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
