Key Responsibilities
• Architect comprehensive civil training programs, driving engagement and skill development
• Design and refine training curricula, ensuring relevance and effectiveness
• Lead trainers to deliver high-impact sessions, fostering a culture of excellence
• Champion quality, safety, and compliance across all training initiatives
• Facilitate seamless overseas recruitment interviews, providing expert support to organizational delegates
• Assess candidate technical competencies, informing strategic international job placement decisions
• Coordinate and execute interview sessions, leveraging online and offline platforms to reach top talent
• Develop and present insightful reports, keeping management informed of progress and outcomes
Requirements
Experience
5 to 8 years
Skills
Strong communication skills in EnglishUnderstanding of Arabic languageProficiency in MS Office and relevant engineering softwareStrong interviewing and candidate evaluation skillsProven leadership and team management abilities
Education
- Diploma in Civil
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering
Additional Requirements
- Experience as a head or lead in an overseas technical training center and supporting/assisting overseas recruitment interviews is an advantage
- Strong communication skills in English (spoken & written)
- Understanding of Arabic language is highly desirable
- Ability to interact with international clients and delegates
- Strong interviewing and candidate evaluation skills
- Proven leadership and team management abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office and relevant engineering software
