• Spearhead comprehensive medical support initiatives for factory workers, leveraging age estimations and physical interviews to inform recruitment decisions. • Drive proactive health monitoring for employees exposed to hazards, prescribing regular check-ups to mitigate risks. • Investigate and document minor injuries, developing reports for management and delivering occupational health training to promote worker well-being. • Architect and lead a high-performing medical team, comprising medical assistants and nurses, while ensuring seamless maintenance of medical equipment and tools. • Manage critical records, including accident registers, medicine logs, and receipt registers, to inform data-driven decision-making. • Deliver personalized medical guidance, prescriptions, and recommendations to patients, fostering a culture of wellness and prevention. • Design and implement first aid training programs for designated responders and monitor maternity cases to support eligible employees. • Champion additional initiatives and tasks as assigned by management, driving continuous improvement in medical support services.
