Key Responsibilities

* Drive patient registration and intake processes by capturing essential demographic, medical, and contact information to ensure seamless onboarding. * Validate health insurance coverage and secure necessary authorizations to minimize claim denials and optimize reimbursement. * Facilitate the completion of complex medical forms and consent documentation, providing support and guidance to patients as needed. * Orchestrate medical appointment scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellations using Hospital Management Systems (HMS) or Electronic Health Records (EHR) to ensure efficient patient flow. * Collaborate with medical staff to optimize patient flow, reduce wait times, and deliver exceptional patient experiences. * Lead emergency triage coordination, rapidly identifying urgent cases and alerting the medical team to ensure timely interventions. * Manage billing and financial transactions by generating invoices, collecting payments, and reconciling final bills to ensure accurate and efficient financial processing. * Develop and maintain precise financial records and daily transaction reports to inform business decisions and drive revenue cycle optimization. * Champion the patient admission process, providing guidance and support to patients and their families to ensure a smooth and stress-free experience. * Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams, including nursing and billing departments, to facilitate seamless patient discharge and ensure continuity of care.
