Key Responsibilities
* Spearhead the front desk operations, delivering exceptional visitor experiences through warm hospitality and professional etiquette.
* Drive seamless communication by managing incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, ensuring timely and effective responses.
* Architect a well-organized office environment, maintaining the front desk and coordinating administrative tasks with precision.
* Partner with the HR team to coordinate recruitment efforts, schedule interviews, and support the hiring process.
* Manage employee data and documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
* Facilitate internal communications, bridging departments and teams to foster collaboration and productivity.
* Provide administrative support for company events, meetings, and activities, helping to create engaging experiences for employees and clients.
* Lead the maintenance of office correspondence, ensuring efficient and professional handling of all administrative tasks.

Experience

Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Email)
Education
- Bachelor/Honors
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
