Civil Engineer (Road and Bridge & Building)

* Spearhead engineering surveys for roads, bridges, and buildings, incorporating expertise in RHD/LGED/PWD projects and piling work. * Drive the design process, developing geometric designs for hilly terrains, conducting slope stability analyses, and creating roadway alignment specifications. * Architect comprehensive measures for landslide prevention and control, soil erosion control strategies, and storm water management guidelines. * Develop and implement construction techniques suitable for hilly areas, including excavation and embankment specifications, rock blasting guidelines, and drainage system designs. * Lead site supervision, ensuring contractors meet high standards, and review work programmers, resource allocation, and project implementation plans. * Manage contractor performance, assessing and evaluating their work, and liaise with governmental organizations to resolve issues. * Establish and manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables, and allocate budgets, implementing cost control and reporting guidelines. * Oversee the preparation of Bill of Quantities, calculate final quantities, and make necessary design changes based on site conditions. * Develop and implement labor-based construction methods and heavy machinery usage plans, and estimate costs for road and bridge rehabilitation and construction works. * Ensure compliance with project plans, and deliver high-quality results within specified timeframes, while maintaining open communication with stakeholders.
