Key Responsibilities

• Spearhead export and import documentation, ensuring seamless processing of critical documents such as invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading. • Drive the processing and monitoring of Back-to-Back Letters of Credit, guaranteeing timely and accurate execution. • Architect and manage master Letter of Credit amendments, scrutinizing details to prevent discrepancies. • Foster strong relationships with banks, coordinating document negotiation and payment processes to facilitate smooth transactions. • Lead export proceeds realization efforts, proactively following up on payments to ensure timely receipt. • Communicate effectively with buyers, providing updates on shipments and documentation to ensure transparency and trust. • Collaborate with suppliers to facilitate import-related activities, ensuring compliance with regulations and deadlines. • Ensure adherence to customs, bonded warehouse, and trade regulations, mitigating potential risks and penalties. • Orchestrate logistics operations by coordinating with freight forwarders and shipping lines, streamlining shipment processes. • Track shipments and resolve logistics issues promptly, minimizing delays and disruptions. • Maintain meticulous commercial records and documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance. • Develop and submit reports to management, providing insights and recommendations to inform business decisions. • Manage audit and compliance documentation, ensuring timely submission and adherence to regulatory requirements. • Oversee the timely submission of all commercial documents, meeting deadlines and shipment schedules with precision. • Provide support to internal departments, including merchandising, accounts, and production, to ensure seamless collaboration and alignment.
