* Spearhead the development of innovative design concepts for diverse projects, including residential, commercial, corporate, and retail spaces, leveraging expertise in interior design, 3D visualization, and graphics design. * Architect comprehensive design packages, encompassing space planning, layout plans, mood boards, and material selections, to bring concepts to life. * Drive the creation of high-quality 3D models, renders, and walkthroughs, and craft compelling presentation boards and client-ready visualizations that exceed expectations. * Manage the production of working drawings and detailed interior drawings, ensuring seamless execution and attention to detail. * Foster collaboration with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, vendors, and execution teams, to ensure cohesive project delivery. * Champion the strategic use of lighting, materials, furniture, and branding elements to create immersive and engaging environments. * Lead the revision of designs based on client and management feedback, ensuring that final products meet stakeholder needs and expectations. * Conduct site visits to verify that design intent is accurately executed and identify areas for improvement. * Design and develop captivating social media creatives, brochures, banners, and marketing materials that elevate brand presence and messaging. * Create presentation decks, portfolios, and proposal layouts that showcase project vision and value. * Develop retail branding elements, signage, wall graphics, and in-store visuals that reinforce brand identity and enhance customer experience. * Enhance renders and presentation boards using Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and Illustrator, to add depth and visual appeal. * Support marketing campaigns with high-quality visual content, ensuring brand consistency and messaging alignment. * Deliver creative, functional, and visually compelling design solutions that meet project requirements and exceed client expectations. * Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery, timely output, and exceptional quality. * Contribute innovative ideas and fresh perspectives to both interior and graphic design, driving continuous improvement and growth.
