Manager - Merchandising (Jacket/Outerwear)

* Spearhead international buyer relationships for Jacket/outerwear programs, driving strong partnerships and seamless communication * Architect pricing strategies, negotiating terms such as MOQ, delivery timelines, and costs to ensure mutually beneficial agreements * Drive order management, overseeing confirmation, contract review, and ensuring compliance with buyer requirements * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop products, reviewing tech packs, and coordinating sample development to meet Jacket/outerwear specifications * Champion product integrity, ensuring incorporation of key features such as padding, insulation, waterproofing, and seam sealing * Develop and manage accurate cost models, optimizing expenses without compromising quality to maximize profitability * Orchestrate production workflows, coordinating with production, planning, and IE teams to ensure timely and efficient bulk production * Source and procure high-quality materials, including fabrics, trims, and accessories, ensuring compliance with outerwear requirements * Ensure quality and compliance standards are met, working closely with QA teams to conduct inspections and obtain necessary approvals * Lead and develop high-performing merchandising teams, allocating resources, monitoring performance, and fostering growth * Maintain meticulous records, generating reports, and ensuring adherence to buyer requirements and company protocols
