Head of Trims and Accessories (Sourcing & Procurement)

* Spearhead the development and execution of a comprehensive global sourcing strategy for non-fabric components, driving quality, cost, and lead time excellence. * Architect a diversified and resilient supply chain by identifying and onboarding high-performing vendors globally, ensuring compliance with international standards. * Champion the adoption of sustainable and eco-friendly trims, aligning with global compliance standards and mitigating environmental impact. * Drive strategic procurement and cost management by negotiating master service agreements, standardizing trim costs, and monitoring global commodity trends. * Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including RSL, GRS, and OEKO-TEX, and collaborate with the Commercial team on Back-to-Back LCs and UD management. * Foster technical excellence by ensuring trim compatibility with knit fabric characteristics, overseeing testing protocols, and resolving vendor-related defects in collaboration with the QA team. * Optimize supply chain and lead time performance by managing the Trim Calendar, implementing Vendor Managed Inventory programs, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot delays. * Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of sourcing managers and procurement officers, promoting a culture of data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement. * Harness the power of AI and digital transformation to predict inventory needs, track trim status in real-time, and modernize the sourcing function with cutting-edge ERP/PLM tools.
