• Spearhead order execution by bridging the gap between buyers and factories, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration. • Architect product development strategies, driving projects from concept to bulk production with autonomy and expertise. • Drive cost optimization by analyzing and negotiating prices with factories, while ensuring accurate costing and consumption planning. • Oversee sampling stages with precision, from prototype to shipment, to guarantee quality and timeliness. • Champion the Time & Action calendar, ensuring strict adherence to deadlines and proactive risk mitigation. • Orchestrate cross-functional teams, including QA/QC, production, and logistics, to meet shipment deadlines and exceed buyer expectations. • Monitor and evaluate factory performance, capacity, and compliance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions. • Ensure that all product developments meet buyer requirements, technical specifications, and quality standards, guaranteeing exceptional results. • Deliver regular updates to buyers through effective email communication, fostering transparency and trust. • Maintain meticulous records, including OPS, order status, and shipment tracking reports, to inform data-driven decisions and drive business growth.
