Executive-Fire Safety

* Drive fire safety excellence by overseeing the implementation of preventive measures, coordinating drills, and ensuring compliance with local and international safety standards. * Lead the maintenance and functionality of fire safety systems and equipment, ensuring they are in optimal working condition. * Conduct rigorous daily inspections to identify and eliminate fire hazards, and develop strategies to mitigate potential risks. * Architect and implement comprehensive Emergency Response Plans, and train the Emergency Response Team in first aid, firefighting, and evacuation procedures. * Manage the scheduling and execution of fire and emergency evacuation drills, ensuring they meet regulatory requirements and industry standards. * Ensure the strategic placement and regular maintenance of firefighting equipment, and identify areas prone to fire hazards to take proactive measures. * Monitor electrical installations and power cables to prevent potential fire risks, and maintain accurate records of fire equipment inspections and maintenance logs. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain cleanliness in fire-sensitive zones and ensure a fire-safe workplace. * Foster relationships with Fire Service & Civil Defense authorities and other regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with fire safety regulations. * Oversee the timely renewal and update of fire licenses and associated documentation, and organize awareness campaigns and training sessions to promote a fire-safe culture. * Develop and execute initiatives to promote fire safety awareness, including training sessions, competitions, and other engaging activities.
