Key Responsibilities
* জমির পরিমাপ ও সীমানা নির্ধারণে নেতৃত্ব দেওয়া
* আধুনিক জরিপ যন্ত্রপাতি যেমন টোটাল স্টেশন, GPS, এবং লেভেল মেশিন পরিচালনা ও রক্ষণাবেক্ষণ করা
* জরিপ তথ্য সংগ্রহ, বিশ্লেষণ ও রিপোর্ট তৈরি করা
* সাইট ম্যাপ, কনট্যুর ম্যাপ এবং লে-আউট প্ল্যান তৈরি করা
* প্রকল্প এলাকার টপোগ্রাফিক সার্ভে পরিচালনা করা
* জমির মালিকানা ও নথিপত্র যাচাইয়ে সহায়তা প্রদান করা
* প্রকৌশলী, স্থপতি এবং প্রকল্প টিমের সাথে সমন্বয় ও যোগাযোগ বজায় রাখা
* কাজের অগ্রগতি ও জরিপ সংক্রান্ত তথ্য নিয়মিত আপডেট করা
* প্রয়োজনীয় আইন, বিধি ও নিরাপত্তা নীতিমালা অনুসরণ ও প্রয়োগ করা

Education
- Diploma or graduate in Surveying / Civil Engineering
Additional Requirements
- Only Male
- Experience in Real Estate, Group of Companies
- Proficient in using survey equipment (Total Station, Auto Level, GPS)
- Experience working with AutoCAD or other mapping software
- Ability to work in field level
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Teamwork and communication skills
- Report writing and data management skills
- Ability to work in various weather conditions
