* Spearhead daily security operations across the premises, ensuring seamless coordination and effective deployment of security personnel. * Architect and implement comprehensive security strategies, leveraging cutting-edge technologies such as CCTV, access control, and alarm systems. * Drive the development and maintenance of up-to-date security policies, standard operating procedures, and documentation to ensure regulatory compliance. * Lead the creation and execution of security plans, fostering a culture of safety and security across the organization. * Foster strategic partnerships with law enforcement, regulatory agencies, and emergency responders to ensure effective collaboration and communication. * Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential threats and vulnerabilities, informing data-driven decision-making and mitigation strategies. * Serve as Incident Commander or key advisor during critical events, providing expert guidance and support to ensure effective crisis management. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Admin, IT, Legal, HR, and Student Services, to promote a holistic approach to security and risk management. * Champion safety education and awareness initiatives, engaging the campus and community in proactive security measures and best practices. * Ensure the protection of intellectual property, laboratories, and restricted research areas, safeguarding sensitive assets and information. * Oversee accurate crime reporting and transparency, maintaining the highest standards of integrity and accountability. * Manage and evaluate the performance of security staff, providing coaching, guidance, and support to drive excellence and continuous improvement. * Respond rapidly to emergencies, alarms, or incidents, providing effective crisis management and support. * Conduct or support investigations into security breaches or incidents, gathering evidence and informing corrective actions to prevent future occurrences. * Prepare detailed incident and accident reports, maintaining meticulous records and informing data-driven decision-making. * Manage security equipment and inventory, ensuring optimal utilization and maintenance of resources. * Support planning and execution of large events or high-security operations, providing expert guidance and support to ensure seamless delivery. * Ensure security personnel maintain a professional image, adhering to uniform and discipline standards. * Embrace a flexible and adaptable approach, executing special assignments and projects as required by senior management.
