Key Responsibilities
* Spearhead business expansion and portfolio growth, driving customer acquisition and retention to meet deposit, investment, and lending targets.
* Foster exceptional customer relationships through dedicated Relationship Managers, delivering tailored services and unparalleled customer experiences.
* Accelerate growth of low-cost deposits, term deposits, and retail assets, including secured and unsecured loans, within the Priority segment.
* Architect wealth management strategies, promoting investment products, bancassurance, cards, and other retail offerings to maximize customer wallet share and fee income.
* Lead high-performing teams of Relationship Managers, setting targets, monitoring performance, and driving productivity to achieve business objectives.
* Drive strategic customer acquisition through referrals, networking, and partnerships, while leading engagement initiatives and exclusive events.
* Oversee seamless operations and service delivery, ensuring efficient onboarding, transaction handling, and issue resolution within the Priority Center.
* Ensure strict adherence to regulatory requirements, AML/KYC policies, and internal controls, maintaining strong audit readiness and compliance.
* Proactively manage portfolio risk, monitoring portfolio health, conducting due diligence, and maintaining high asset quality.
* Analyze and report key performance metrics, tracking business growth, customer insights, and center productivity to inform data-driven decisions and drive continuous improvement.
