Key Responsibilities
* Spearhead portfolio growth by driving deposits, investments, and lending products for high-priority customers
* Foster lasting relationships with affluent clients through personalized advisory services and tailored support
* Accelerate liability and asset mobilization by promoting CASA, term deposits, and retail asset products to maximize portfolio value
* Drive revenue growth by cross-selling wealth management products, bancassurance, cards, and other retail offerings to increase customer wallet share
* Identify and acquire new high-value customers through strategic networking, referrals, and targeted prospecting
* Deliver exceptional customer experiences by ensuring seamless service delivery, rapid turnaround times, and effective issue resolution
* Uphold stringent credit and compliance standards by maintaining accurate documentation, adhering to KYC/AML regulations, and aligning with central bank and internal policies
* Proactively manage portfolio quality by monitoring customer accounts, ensuring timely repayments, and mitigating potential risks to maintain a healthy portfolio
Requirements
Experience
At least 5 years
Education
- MBA
- Master's
- Graduation degree
