* Architect and deliver engaging Science and ICT lesson plans, leveraging digital content to drive student learning and outcomes. * Spearhead IT operations as the school's IT Incharge, overseeing network infrastructure, internet connectivity, software, and hardware to ensure seamless functionality. * Manage and maintain ICT equipment, including setup, testing, and inventory management to ensure optimal performance. * Drive server performance through regular monitoring, housekeeping, and daily backups, ensuring data integrity and system reliability. * Collaborate with the Principal to execute server maintenance, upgrades, and troubleshooting, minimizing downtime and maximizing system efficiency. * Provide expert technical support for the school's academic and administrative networks, resolving software and system issues promptly. * Develop and maintain accurate, up-to-date records of technology assets, including hardware, software, licenses, and resources, ensuring compliance and audit readiness. * Foster a disciplined and engaging learning environment, conducting classes from primary to high school levels and promoting academic excellence. * Lead student profile management, maintaining detailed records and reporting on student progress, achievements, and areas for improvement. * Participate in school activities, programs, seminars, and workshops, contributing to the academic community and staying updated on best practices. * Embrace additional responsibilities assigned by academic management, demonstrating flexibility and a commitment to the school's mission.
