Jr. Officer/ Officer (Supply Chain Management)

• Spearhead procurement operations by managing purchase requisitions, collecting and evaluating quotations, and issuing purchase orders to drive efficient supply chain management. • Oversee procurement for critical departments, including OT, ICU/CCU/NICU, Pharmacy, Laboratory, and General Store, to ensure seamless operations. • Drive timely delivery of medical and non-medical essentials, aligning with departmental needs and expectations. • Source high-quality surgical and medical consumables, ensuring compliance with expiry dates and quality standards. • Foster strategic vendor relationships, negotiating optimal prices, delivery terms, and payment schedules to minimize costs and maximize value. • Architect and maintain optimal inventory levels, collaborating with store and pharmacy teams to prevent stockouts and overstocking. • Ensure meticulous procurement record-keeping, maintaining accurate documentation and updating ERP/HIS systems to facilitate transparency and compliance. • Lead emergency procurement efforts for critical cases, responding swiftly to urgent requirements and ensuring uninterrupted patient care.
