* Drive medication dispensing processes, ensuring accuracy and adherence to doctor's prescriptions and regulatory standards. * Lead patient billing and receipt generation, providing transparent and timely financial information. * Manage inpatient medication distribution, guaranteeing timely and accurate delivery of essential pharmaceuticals. * Deliver expert pharmaceutical guidance to patients and healthcare professionals, covering drug indications, interactions, and side effects. * Oversee the secure dispensing of Narcotic Drugs, adhering to prescription requirements and regulatory protocols. * Architect and maintain a well-organized pharmaceutical inventory, ensuring proper storage, handling, and stock rotation. * Champion a safe working environment, upholding stringent safety standards and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. * Execute administrative tasks, including call handling, prescription order management, cash register operation, and inventory replenishment. * Collaborate on pharmaceutical and medical supply procurement, driving efficient ordering and purchasing processes. * Verify and validate medicine deliveries, ensuring accuracy and compliance with requisition lists and invoices. * Provide regular stock level updates, implementing First-In-First-Out (FIFO) stock rotation principles to minimize waste and optimize inventory. * Ensure accurate labeling and tracking of pharmaceuticals, including expiry dates and product names. * Support departmental leadership with requisition list management, monthly reporting, and action planning. * Document and track delivery timelines, preventing dispensing errors and ensuring seamless pharmaceutical supply. * Partner with the Pharmacy head to develop and implement monthly action plans, driving inpatient pharmacy excellence. * Undertake additional tasks as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and commitment to exceptional patient care.
