Key Responsibilities
* Spearhead technical troubleshooting, analyzing system logs, and configuring routing and database backups to ensure seamless operations.
* Architect innovative solutions to complex technical problems, prioritizing customer satisfaction and delivering tailored support.
* Drive customer-centric issue resolution, capturing and addressing complaints related to technical issues, apps, and software requirements.
* Leverage expertise in cybersecurity, including firewalls, database security, access control, and surveillance systems, to safeguard infrastructure.
* Ensure the optimal performance and high availability of web and mobile applications, adhering to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and maintaining compliance.
* Conduct thorough root cause analyses, dissecting application logs, database queries, and code to identify and resolve bugs, enhancing overall system reliability.
