Senior Executive, Human Resources

• Spearhead comprehensive HR operations, encompassing employee data management, documentation, and HR system administration. • Oversee precise maintenance of attendance, leave records, and personnel files, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements. • Craft and disseminate HR correspondence, including appointment, confirmation, transfer, and separation letters. • Drive recruitment efforts by screening CVs, coordinating interviews, and facilitating seamless onboarding processes. • Champion accurate documentation throughout the employee lifecycle, from hiring to departure. • Collaborate with payroll teams by providing precise attendance and leave data to ensure timely and accurate compensation. • Facilitate performance management initiatives, including tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and key result areas (KRAs). • Serve as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries, fostering open and effective internal communication. • Uphold organizational compliance with internal policies and external labor laws, including the Bangladesh Labor Law. • Develop and analyze HR reports, ensure data accuracy within the HR information system, and support the development of actionable HR analytics. • Undertake special projects and tasks as assigned by supervisors, demonstrating adaptability and a commitment to team objectives.
