Sr. Executive, Supply Chain & Procurement.

• Procure of pre-fabricated steel related materials.• Receive Purchase Requisition (PR) from project and production departments.• Collect quotations from multiple vendors and prepare Comparative Statement (CS).• Coordination with Internal department for smooth team work and operations.• Negotiate price, delivery schedule, and payment terms with suppliers.• Ensure procurement of quality materials at competitive market prices.• Maintain supplier database and develop new suppliers for cost-effective procurement.• Coordinate with store and project teams to ensure timely delivery of materials.• Ensure proper compliance over the Purchase documentations, Payment and billing system and agreement with vendor.• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with store/warehouse to avoid stock-outs and over stock.• Prepare purchase report and maintain stock regularly as management report
