Key Responsibilities
* Spearhead factory administration, compliance, and HR operations to drive a culture of excellence and accountability
* Architect and implement robust governance systems, ensuring strict adherence to labor laws, regulatory requirements, and factory licensing
* Drive operational discipline and efficiency, maintaining high standards in security, transport, and facility management
* Lead labor handling and workplace order, fostering stable industrial relations and effective grievance handling
* Manage legal, land, and corporate affairs, ensuring seamless compliance and audit readiness
* Oversee transport, security, and facility management, optimizing resources and minimizing risks
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with government authorities, ensuring timely approvals and compliance
* Foster a culture of safety, governance, and accountability, aligning with organizational values and objectives
* Provide strategic guidance on compliance, legal, and regulatory matters, mitigating potential risks and ensuring business continuity
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth, improve operational efficiency, and enhance overall performance
* Ensure adherence to Bangladesh Labor Law and regulatory framework, staying up-to-date with changing requirements and legislation
* Lead by example, demonstrating integrity, discipline, and accountability, and promoting a culture of excellence within the organization
Requirements
Experience
10 to 15 years
Education
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Public Administration
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management
- Bachelor of Business Studies (BBS) in Management
- Certification in Labor Law / Compliance / HR
Additional Requirements
- Retired Captain / Major (Defence background highly preferred)
- Strong experience in Factory Administration, Compliance & Legal Affairs
- In-depth knowledge of Bangladesh Labor Law and regulatory framework
- Proven leadership in labor handling and discipline management
- Ability to operate in a highly structured environment
