Key Responsibilities

* Deliver exceptional customer experiences by promptly addressing complaints and queries via phone and other channels. * Architect and maintain network infrastructure, including routers and access points from leading manufacturers. * Drive technical support initiatives, providing on-site and remote assistance to clients across various locations. * Proactively monitor network systems, leveraging specialized tools to swiftly identify and resolve issues. * Diagnose and resolve complex technical problems, spanning hardware, software, and network-related concerns. * Lead the installation, configuration, and deployment of network solutions and services at client sites. * Manage incident tracking, ensuring timely logging, tracking, and follow-up of customer complaints and system faults. * Foster a culture of technical excellence, providing support to both external clients and internal teams. * Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of issues, solutions, and processes to inform future improvements. * Operate on a flexible, 24/7 shift schedule, adhering to the duty roster and ensuring seamless support delivery.
