Key Responsibilities

* Drive financial control and synchronization between Head Office and Site, ensuring seamless data integration and rigorous verification of field-level expenditures against company policy and project budgets. * Architect consolidated reporting processes, preparing periodic financial statements and overseeing field office submissions to guarantee accuracy and compliance. * Manage vendor and contractor ecosystems, overseeing end-to-end invoice processes and ensuring payments align with verified work-in-progress and contracts. * Lead cash flow management, performing weekly bank reconciliations to ensure liquidity for construction milestones and monitoring cash flow requirements. * Implement and maintain robust internal controls, including strict Segregation of Duties (SoD), to prevent unauthorized spending and ensure audit readiness. * Champion compliance with regulatory requirements, acting as the primary liaison for internal and external auditors and ensuring 100% adherence to VAT/AIT regulations. * Develop and track budget variance analyses, providing actionable advice to management on cost control and implementing process improvements to drive financial discipline. * Drive the adoption of accounting software (ERP) to automate site-to-office reporting, enhance data integrity, and streamline financial operations. * Oversee general ledger management, ensuring precise documentation of all land development and construction-related transactions. * Ensure timely and accurate taxation compliance, including vendor payments and employee payroll, to maintain regulatory adherence.

Education

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting

  • CA (CC) or CMA (Part-qualified)

  • 5–7 years of experience in Hotel, Tourism or Hospitality sector
