Key Responsibilities
* Lead exceptional customer experiences by warmly welcoming clients and providing personalized support upon arrival
* Drive seamless communication by handling incoming and outgoing calls with professionalism and poise
* Architect efficient call management by transferring calls to relevant departments and ensuring timely resolution
* Deliver accurate and timely information to clients through multiple channels, including phone, email, social media, and in-person interactions
* Manage the front desk with precision, maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming environment
* Champion data accuracy by keeping records, files, and documents up-to-date and easily accessible
* Coordinate the receipt and distribution of letters, parcels, and documents with precision and care
* Foster collaborative relationships with internal departments to ensure streamlined operations and exceptional customer service
* Resolve customer inquiries and complaints with empathy and efficiency, turning potential issues into opportunities for growth
* Embrace adaptability by performing additional tasks and projects as assigned by management, driving continuous improvement and excellence in the role
Requirements
Education
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
Additional Requirements
- Relevant experience in receptionist/front desk role preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good spoken English proficiency
- Ability to manage customer service effectively
- Skilled in handling calls, visitors, and inquiries
- Basic computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, OneNote, PowerPoint)
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Professional attitude and presentable personality
