Job Summary: Assistant Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a retail store or outlet, ensuring profitability, customer satisfaction, and smooth business operations. The role includes staff management, sales performance monitoring, inventory control, and maintaining brand standards. Key Responsibilities:• Drive store sales and meet sales targets. • Develop strategies to attract customers and improve customer retention. • Analyze sales trends and implement action plans to boost profitability. • Ensure excellent customer service and handle escalated customer issues. • Monitor and improve the overall shopping experience for customers. • Train and supervise store employees. • Motivate and coach the team to enhance productivity and service quality. • Prevent stock shortages or overstocking by managing inventory efficiently. • Conduct periodic stock audits and minimize losses. • Ensure the store operates smoothly and efficiently. • Oversee cash handling, daily sales reporting, and financial transactions. • Coordinate in-store promotions and marketing activities (online & offline). • Any additional tasks or duties given by management.
